I’m Micheline, a 47-year-old woman.
In 2015, a traumatic brain injury greatly affected my professional skills, social interactions, and overall quality of life.
A neurologist specialized in neurorehabilitation introduced me to Holisquare. We engaged in intensive work for 5 months, then transitioned to a gentler approach.
I experienced dizziness, nightmares, physical sensations, and even the reemergence of the sound of the impact, the one echoing in my head at the time of the fall. But, given the chance, I would undergo the same process again without hesitation.
I’ve regained a quality of life. The fatigue, once a constant presence, now only appears when I overexert myself. I’ve rediscovered the joy of connecting with my loved ones, regained the ability to keep up with a conversation, understand what’s being said to me, and even to drive myself to social gatherings and back home as well ;-). My concentration has notably improved.
This training unveiled abilities I never knew I possessed, which have become invaluable tools in my professional transition. I find the training tool to be engaging and fun. Seeing my progress visualized is both motivating and insightful, tailored to my personal disposition.
The environment is energetic. Fabien, the man behind the machines, listens attentively, shows empathy, and demonstrates adaptability—sometimes gentle when I’m struggling, and sometimes assertive when it’s beneficial to push me forward. The selection of exercises and the pacing are thoughtfully considered. His guidance is flawless.
Holisquare was suggested to me in relation to my head trauma, but it also managed to unblock psychological, cognitive, and emotional barricades tied to other life experiences. It has been beneficial in helping me manage hyperactivity as well.
In a nutshell, there’s a clear distinction between my life before and after the training, one I couldn’t have imagined. I’ve regained some abilities, discovered others, all while enjoying the training process with a smile.
I highly recommend it!
